not the same (NTS) is a web development company that builds online stores, mobile apps and internal business systems designed to bring more orders and remove manual work. Since 2016 our team of about 20 people has delivered 1000+ projects for clients in 10+ countries, including the USA, Canada, Poland, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands and Italy.

Sales channels

Our core work is ecommerce store development on Shopify, WooCommerce or custom Laravel: large catalogs, filters, online payments via Stripe or PayPal, shipping with DHL, UPS or FedEx, and feeds to marketplaces. For customers who buy from their phones we ship cross-platform Flutter mobile apps for iOS and Android from one codebase.

Systems behind the business

Sales only scale when operations keep up. We build custom CRM and ERP systems, warehouse automation with real-time stock and barcode scanning, portals with client accounts, AI assistants and bots, and data parsers. Everything connects to the tools you already run, such as SAP, Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce or Google Analytics.

Industries and results

We know the specifics of auto parts, food delivery, logistics and booking services. In auto parts ecommerce that means cross-references and lookup by VIN or OEM number; in food delivery, stable checkout at peak hours; in logistics, accurate stock and order status.

Results are measured, not promised. After a mobile-first redesign, one of our client stores saw +16% revenue in 5 days with no extra ad budget.

Working with an existing project

Many clients come with a live site: the previous developer left, pages load slowly, or an SEO specification needs to be implemented. We audit the code, document it and continue with website maintenance and support on a monthly or per-task basis. You always receive the source code, documentation and all access credentials.

How we work

We start with a brief and a short audit of your current site, analytics and business goals. Then come an estimate by stages, a contract and NDA, prototypes and design, development with demo access, testing and launch. At every stage you see the result and can change course before it gets expensive.
