Collecting publicly available data is generally allowed, but the details depend on the source's terms of use and the data type. We scrape only public, non-personal data, follow robots.txt and rate limits, and prefer official APIs where they exist. For sensitive cases we recommend checking the specific source with your lawyer.
Cost depends on the number of sources, how complex and protected they are, how often data must be refreshed and where it has to be delivered (file, database, store, CRM). We estimate after a short brief describing the sources and the result you need, and we fix the estimate per stage.
Every scraper has monitoring, so a layout change shows up as an error instead of silently returning bad data. If the scraper is on a support plan, we update the parsing rules and restart collection. History of previously collected data is kept intact.
Yes, within each marketplace's rules. Where an official API is available, for example for sellers, we use it; otherwise we collect only public listing data with careful request limits. We tell you upfront if a source's terms make a task unsuitable.

We usually start with one source and the task that saves the most hours, prove the result, then add sources. not the same has been building web systems since 2016, so a scraper is never a standalone script: it is wired into your online store development stack or your custom CRM and ERP systems.
Daily or hourly collection of competitor and marketplace prices, a change history and alerts when someone drops below your price. Data can flow into Looker Studio or Grafana dashboards for the pricing team.
Products, attributes, photos and descriptions from supplier and manufacturer sites are imported and updated automatically. This matters most for large assortments such as auto parts catalogs with thousands of SKUs. Imported descriptions can then be rewritten with AI-assisted product descriptions to avoid duplicate content.
Availability and delivery times are synced on a schedule, so you stop selling items that are out of stock at the supplier.
Reviews of your brand and competitors, new listings by filter with Telegram alerts, and publicly listed business data for B2B sales research.
We collect only publicly available data and respect each source's terms of use, robots.txt rules and rate limits. Where a site or marketplace offers an official API, we use it first. We do not collect personal data. Requests are throttled so the source site is not overloaded.
Scrapers run on Python (Scrapy, Playwright) or Node.js with error monitoring, retries and change history. When a source changes its layout, monitoring flags it and we update the parser under an ongoing maintenance plan. You receive the code, documentation and all access.
