It depends on your niche, competition, average order value and the markets you target. At the start we calculate the minimum budget that produces enough conversion data for the algorithm to learn, then scale only the campaigns with a positive return. Our article on planning a PPC budget covers the logic in detail.
The cost of management depends on the number of campaigns and markets, the size of the product feed, whether tracking has to be rebuilt and whether landing pages need development. We do not quote blindly: after a short brief and a look at your account, we give a fixed estimate for setup and for monthly management.
Performance Max can work well for stores with a clean product feed and reliable purchase tracking with order value. Without that, it tends to spend on cheap placements and brand traffic you would get anyway. We usually run it alongside standard Shopping and search campaigns and compare results by ROAS.
The most common reasons are broken or missing conversion tracking, broad keywords without negative lists, a weak product feed and landing pages that load slowly or ask too much at checkout. An account audit shows which of these applies to you and what to fix first.
For service businesses and lead generation, a dedicated landing page per offer almost always converts better than the home page. For stores, category and product pages usually act as landing pages, so their speed and usability matter. We build and adjust these pages ourselves.

Design systems, 3D and motion.Good Google Ads management should answer two questions at any moment: how much did an order cost, and how much revenue did it bring. Many accounts can't, because conversions are tracked as page views or not at all, so the algorithm optimizes for clicks instead of sales. At not the same we set up analytics first and scale the budget second. GA4 events, Google Tag Manager, purchase value and offline conversions come before the first campaign launch.
For ecommerce, Shopping campaigns and Performance Max usually carry most of the revenue, and they depend on the product feed more than on bids. Titles, attributes, categories and price accuracy define which queries your products appear for. Because we build stores ourselves, we fix the feed at the source rather than patching it in a spreadsheet. If you are still deciding on spend, read how to plan a PPC budget for an online store.
A PPC agency that can't touch the site can only change bids. We are a development team, so when a campaign drives traffic to a slow page or a checkout with too many fields, we fix the page too. That connects paid traffic with conversion rate optimization: the same budget, more orders. For lead-generation businesses we build dedicated landing pages per service and region.
Paid search brings customers from day one; organic search lowers your cost per order over time. Many clients combine Google Ads with our SEO services for long-term organic growth and use paid data to see which keywords convert before investing in content.
