The simplest option is a booking widget connected to the doctors' calendars; the reliable option is an integration with your clinic management system, so slots are always up to date. Patients choose a service, doctor, branch and time, confirm by e-mail or messenger and receive reminders. Double bookings disappear because the schedule has one source of truth.
In most cases, yes. Modern systems offer APIs, often based on HL7 or FHIR standards, for schedules, patients and visits. If there is no API, we look for other options such as data exchange through files or a middleware service; we decide after reviewing your system's documentation.
The patient books an online consultation, pays in advance and joins a video call from the browser or app at the scheduled time. The doctor sees the patient's booking details, can exchange files in a secure chat and add notes after the call. Video runs through a trusted provider or WebRTC, without public links.
Compliance depends on your processes as well as the software, so we don't promise it on our own. On the technical side we follow GDPR principles: minimal data collection, consent management, encryption, access control, audit logs and hosting in the region you choose. We recommend reviewing the final setup with your data protection officer or lawyer.
It depends on the number of branches and doctors, integration with your clinic system, telemedicine, payments and whether you need a mobile app. A website with booking for one clinic and a patient portal for a network are very different scopes. We give a fixed estimate per stage after a short brief.

↗11SEOTechnical audit, structure, content and links. Growth in organic traffic and rankings.Clinic website development pays off when a patient finds the right doctor, sees real available slots and books in under a minute, while the front desk spends less time on phone lines and manual schedules. We build websites, patient portals and apps for clinics and medical centers where booking, doctor profiles, telemedicine, payments and reminders are connected to one schedule. It is the same approach we use in web portal development, adapted to how patients choose and trust healthcare providers.
A medical website has two jobs. It has to be found by people searching for a doctor or a service nearby, and it has to turn that visit into a confirmed appointment. Clear service pages, transparent information about doctors and an obvious booking button matter more than decorative design.
Patients choose a service, a doctor or a branch and see only slots that are actually free. Bookings go straight into the doctors' schedules, so the front desk doesn't re-enter them and two patients don't get the same time. Typical scenarios we support:
Reminders by e-mail, WhatsApp Business or Telegram ask the patient to confirm or reschedule, which helps reduce no-shows.
Booking is only reliable when it uses the same schedule as the clinic. We connect the website to your clinic management system or EHR through its API, often based on HL7 or FHIR, and sync doctors, services, slots and visits. If there is no API, we find a workable exchange format after reviewing the documentation.
Leads and patient communication can also go to a CRM through CRM integration, so managers see where bookings come from and which campaigns bring patients.
For online consultations patients pay in advance, join a video call from the browser or app and exchange files with the doctor in a secure chat. Calls run through a trusted provider or our own WebRTC solution, without public links.
In the patient account people see upcoming and past visits, documents and test results that the clinic chooses to publish, invoices and quick repeat booking. For clinics with regular patients we build mobile apps on Flutter for iOS and Android with the same account and push reminders.
Health data is a special category of personal data, so we treat security as part of the design, not an add-on. On the technical side we apply GDPR principles: collecting only necessary data, clear consent forms, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logs and hosting in the region you choose. Medical records stay in your clinic system; the website shows only what is needed for the patient.
Legal compliance also depends on your internal processes, so we recommend that your data protection officer or lawyer review the final setup. We prepare the technical documentation they need for that review.
Patients search for a specific doctor, service or condition nearby. We structure the website around these queries: a page for each service and doctor with qualifications, schedule and booking, branch pages with maps and directions, and schema markup for medical organizations. Content follows medical accuracy standards and is reviewed by your specialists.
We connect Google Business Profile and analytics, set up SEO for medical websites and Google Ads campaigns that follow healthcare advertising policies, and track which channels bring confirmed appointments, not just clicks.
Already have a website? We redesign it in stages, migrate content and keep existing search positions. Timelines depend on the number of branches and integrations; we estimate after a short brief. After launch we stay on technical support and develop the platform in sprints: new services, AI assistants for patient questions, analytics for management.
