E-services
Step-by-step forms, document upload, e-signature and fee payment.
We build government portals, e-services and citizen accounts where people get services online and staff stop re-typing applications: forms, registries, statuses and reports in one system.
Everything that keeps a public service from turning into an online queue.
Step-by-step forms, document upload, e-signature and fee payment.
Sign-in via e-ID or BankID, request history and live statuses.
Application queue, roles and permissions, reply templates, deadline control.
Record management, search, lookup by number, exports and APIs for other systems.
Online booking at service centers, office map and opening hours.
Workload, processing times and top services on one dashboard.
«First they automated our business processes, then built the website. Quality and design are top-notch, and they don’t disappear after launch.»
You know in advance what you will get, what it costs and when it will be ready.
We sign a contract and a non-disclosure agreement before work begins.
The stage price does not change during work. New tasks only after approval.
A staging server you can access: see what's done without waiting for the finish.
We hand over the source code, documentation and all access. The project is not tied to us.
After launch, we fix bugs found within the delivered scope for free.
We stay in touch: improvements, updates and growth, monthly or per task.

We start with the list of services and their procedures: what data is needed, who processes a request and within what deadline, which registries are involved. Then we design the citizen account, the staff workspace, integrations and access rights. Launch is phased: the most requested services first, the rest after.
Yes. Authentication is built on OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect, so connecting national electronic identity schemes and bank ID providers is a standard task. The exact provider and onboarding procedure depend on the country and the agency's requirements.
Role-based access, encryption, audit logs, backups and regular updates are in place from the first sprint. Hosting can run on your own infrastructure or in a cloud that meets your regulator's requirements. Security requirements are agreed with your information security team.
Accessibility means people with visual, hearing or motor impairments can use the site: contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader support and clear forms. In the EU, the US and many other countries it is a legal requirement for public bodies, usually measured against WCAG 2.1 level AA. We check accessibility from the design stage, not after launch.
It depends on the number of services, registry integrations and approval procedures. An information portal and an e-services platform with accounts are very different scopes. We provide an estimate and a phased plan after reviewing the requirements.

↗13Improvements and supportWe take over projects from other contractors, implement SEO specialists' specs and provide monthly support.Government portal development is not about a polished homepage. It is about a citizen getting a service without visiting an office, and a clerk no longer copying applications from e-mail into a spreadsheet. We design agency portals, e-service platforms, registries and citizen accounts that work well on a phone and pass data between systems without manual re-entry. Ukraine's Ministry of Internal Affairs, its Main Service Center and Infotech are among our clients, so public-sector expectations around security, accessibility and documentation are familiar ground for our team.
Each service is broken into steps: what data is required, what can be pulled automatically from registries, where a signature or fee payment is needed. Forms only ask what the system does not already know, validate as you type and save drafts. After submission, the applicant sees a status and gets notified by e-mail, Telegram or push notification in a mobile app.
For complex services we add online appointment booking, an office map on Google Maps or OpenStreetMap and a checklist of documents to bring. Interfaces are designed through our UX/UI design process and tested with real users, including older people, people with disabilities and those who only ever use a smartphone.
Citizens sign in with e-ID or BankID and see their requests, documents and history. Staff work in a separate workspace: an application queue, assignment to officers, deadlines, reply templates and internal comments. Managers see workload and bottlenecks on an analytics dashboard.
Under the hood it is a case management system with roles, an audit trail and rules taken from the agency's procedures. Every action involving personal data is logged, and access is granted strictly by position.
We build registries with search, lookup by record number and exports to CSV, JSON and XML. Public data is published in open data formats, and other agencies and businesses get a documented API. We connect to existing registries over REST or SOAP and use Elasticsearch for large datasets so search stays fast.
When a legacy system has no API, we design an exchange layer so the new portal is not held back by its limitations. Data migration runs in stages with integrity checks at every step.
Security is part of the architecture: encryption, role-based access, protection against the OWASP Top 10, audit logging, backups and a recovery plan. The system can be deployed on agency servers or in a cloud that meets your regulator's requirements. Information security and certification requirements are agreed with your security team, and GDPR principles apply where EU residents' data is processed.
Accessibility is checked against WCAG 2.1 level AA: contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility and clear error messages. Sites support multiple languages, and we write content in plain language wherever regulations allow.
Not every public body needs an e-services platform. For a ministry, agency or municipality, a clear official website is often enough: news, documents, structure, contacts, citizen requests and budget transparency. We build an admin panel simple enough for the press office to publish without a developer.
When most people use services from a phone, we add a Flutter mobile app for iOS and Android with the same account, status push notifications and e-ID sign-in. Site and app share one API, so service changes appear everywhere at once.
We work to a formal specification, prepare design and operations documentation, and hand over source code with full rights. We can take part in public procurement if your process requires it. After launch we provide ongoing technical support: updates, monitoring, fixes and new features. Timelines depend on the number of services and integrations; we estimate after reviewing the requirements.
