01How much does a real estate website cost?

It depends on the number of listings, the filters and map search you need, integrations with your CRM and external portals, and whether agents and owners need their own dashboards. A single-agency listing site and a monetized property portal are very different scopes. We give a fixed estimate per stage after a short brief.

02What features should a real estate agency website have?

Fast search with filters and a map, detailed property pages with photos, floor plans and virtual tours, saved searches with email alerts, and a simple way to book a viewing. Behind the scenes, every inquiry should land in a CRM and be routed to the right agent. Mobile performance matters most, since most property searches start on a phone.

03Can my website pull listings from our CRM or MLS automatically?

Yes. Listings sync on a schedule through your CRM API, XML feeds or the RESO Web API, including photos, prices and statuses. When a listing is sold or withdrawn, it updates on the site without manual work. If you don't have a CRM yet, we can connect HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive or Salesforce, or build a custom one.

04How do I build a property listing portal like a classifieds site?

A portal is built around fast map and filter search, listing moderation and accounts for private owners and agencies. Revenue usually comes from paid listings, featured placements and agency subscriptions. To fill the portal at launch, we connect partner feeds and listing imports, and city and neighborhood landing pages bring organic traffic.

05Are 3D tours worth adding to a property website?

Matterport or similar tours filter out unqualified viewings and help sell to remote and overseas buyers. For new developments, an interactive site plan and 3D renders work well. We embed tours so they don't slow down the property page.

Real estate website development

Real estate website development pays off when buyers and renters find the right property in a couple of minutes and their inquiry reaches an agent or sales team immediately. We build agency websites, project sites for property developers and listing portals where the catalog, map, floor plans, leads and CRM work as one system. It draws on our web portal development experience with search, user accounts and large data volumes.

We work with agencies and developers across Europe and international markets, including those selling to overseas buyers: multiple languages and currencies and clear purchase terms for non-residents are part of the plan from day one.

Map search and filters that keep buyers on the site

Search is the heart of any property website. Users choose property type, size, bedrooms, floor and neighborhood and see results as a list and on Google Maps or Mapbox. They can draw an area on the map, save a search and get new listings by email or messenger. Geodata lives in PostGIS and search runs on Elasticsearch, so results stay fast even with tens of thousands of listings.

Rentals get their own flows: move-in dates, lease length, pet policies and online viewing booking via Google Calendar or Calendly. Property managers get a tenant portal with leases, maintenance requests and rent payments via Stripe or PayPal, while owners receive reports on their properties. Throughout, the property page stays the main sales tool: photos, video, floor plan, nearby amenities and a clear inquiry button on every screen.

Developer websites: site plans, unit selectors and floor plans

For a developer, the website is an online sales office. We build interactive site plans, building and floor selection, an availability grid with unit statuses and floor plan pages. Statuses sync with the sales CRM, so sold units never stay on the site. We add construction progress updates, documents and a section on purchase terms and payment plans.

Presentation matters: thoughtful UX/UI design, 3D renders and Matterport tours help buyers decide before they ever visit the sales office.

Real estate CRM and lead management

Leads from the website, portals, ads and messengers flow into one CRM system: each lead is routed to an agent by area or property type, viewings go into the calendar, and managers see the deal pipeline and response times. We integrate HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive or Salesforce, or build a custom CRM around your agency's process. Agreements are signed via DocuSign, and client updates go out via WhatsApp Business, Telegram or email.

Listing feeds, MLS data and scraping

Listings shouldn't be entered twice. The site imports them on a schedule from your CRM, XML feeds or the RESO Web API, with photos and statuses, and syndicates them to external portals. For market research and competitor price monitoring, we set up listing scraping with deduplication and freshness checks.

Traffic and leads: SEO and paid ads

People search for property by city, neighborhood, property type and development name. We create landing pages for those queries, add structured data to listings and keep the site fast as part of SEO services. For a steady flow of inquiries we run Google Ads campaigns and Meta Lead Ads that push leads straight into the CRM, while end-to-end analytics show which channel brings deals, not just clicks.

Mobile apps, accounts and launch

For portals and larger agencies we build Flutter apps for iOS and Android: map search, favorites and push alerts for new listings and price drops. Owners get a dashboard with listing views, and agents get mobile access to properties and leads. We have real estate experience in Ukraine: the Softloft project is in our portfolio.
