What data we collect
Data you provide in forms: name, email, Telegram or WhatsApp, company name, task description.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages you visited – via cookies and analytics systems.
Purpose
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and sign a contract.
To analyze traffic and improve the site.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except services that process it on our behalf (hosting, email, analytics).

Preparing and performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) – to process enquiries.

How long we keep it
Enquiries – for as long as we need them to reply and prepare a proposal; on request we delete them sooner. Contract data – for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correct or delete it, restrict processing, withdraw consent and receive your data in a machine-readable format. To do so, write to hello@ntsame.agency. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
