1. Your request
Describe the task in a few sentences: what the business does, what should change and by when. A link to your current site or app helps us understand the starting point. If you already have a spec, mockups or a requirements list, attach them. Not sure what you need? Check the services we offer and pick the closest one in the form.
2. Discussion in writing
By messenger or e-mail we go through goals, constraints and integrations. We can sign an NDA before you share sensitive details.
3. Proposal
You receive stages, a timeline and an estimate for each stage, so you have something concrete to compare with other offers. The scope of each stage is fixed before work starts.
What to include in your brief
The more context you share, the more accurate the first estimate will be:
- your business model and the main goal: more orders, less manual work, faster processing;
- the current website or system and what doesn't work in it;
- systems to connect, such as SAP, Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, PayPal or shipping carriers;
- target markets, languages and currencies;
- the desired launch window and an approximate budget range, if known (for apps, see what drives the cost of a Flutter app);
- examples of sites or apps you like and why.
