Cost depends on the booking logic (time slots, nights, resources), payment rules, channel sync with Booking.com or Airbnb, the number of locations and whether you need mobile apps. A single-location appointment system is a smaller scope than a multi-vendor platform. We give a fixed estimate per stage after a short brief.
Keep one source of truth for availability and sync every channel to it in both directions: your website, OTAs and staff calendars. Slots are reserved at checkout and released if payment fails. A channel manager or direct API integrations handle the sync.
Ready-made schedulers are fine for simple one-person appointments. A custom booking system pays off when you have several resources, complex pricing, deposits, OTA sync, your own branding or need to own client data and the code. You can also start simple and migrate later.
Yes, either through a channel manager or direct integration where available. Availability and bookings update in both directions, so a room or apartment booked on one channel is closed on the others automatically.
The booking flow charges a deposit or full prepayment via a payment provider such as Stripe or PayPal. Cancellation and refund rules are configured per service, and refunds are processed from the admin panel without manual bank work.

Growth in organic traffic and rankings.Booking system development pays off when clients book 24/7 on their own, double bookings disappear and reminders go out without anyone picking up the phone. We build booking services for hotels and apartments, clinics and salons, car and equipment rentals, events and training: free slots, payment, reminders and accounts in one system.
Availability is calculated from staff schedules, rooms, vehicles or other resources. Buffers, working hours and holidays are set by rules, so the calendar shows only what can really be booked.
Deposits, full prepayment and refunds follow your policy, processed via Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Mollie or Klarna. Fewer no-shows means more paid hours.
Two-way sync with Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia or a channel manager, plus Google Calendar and Outlook, keeps every channel up to date. Clients get automated confirmations and reminders by email, SMS (Twilio) or WhatsApp and Telegram, and can reschedule or cancel in their account within the rules you set. Video consultations connect through Zoom.
Behind the scenes, the admin panel shows the schedule, staff and occupancy reports by location. Multi-branch businesses get a shared schedule with per-location settings. Client history, preferences and repeat-visit campaigns live in a CRM for client history and repeat visits, connected to Mailchimp or SendGrid.
A Flutter app for clients or staff adds push reminders and fast rebooking on iOS and Android from one codebase.
We build standalone booking websites and larger multi-vendor platforms as part of our web portal and platform development. One example is the Ucars car rental service with online booking: a fleet catalog, booking flow and delivery of the car to the client, with distinctive UX/UI design. We name the first release timeline after a brief; we confirm scope and timing after a brief.
