01How much does website maintenance cost?
It depends on the platform, the state of the code, how many updates and integrations the site has and how much new development you plan each month. After a short audit we propose either a monthly hours package or per-task estimates, and the scope of each stage is fixed before work starts.
02What is included in website maintenance?
Typically: CMS and plugin updates, backups, uptime and error monitoring, security fixes, bug fixing and small improvements. On top of that you can add speed optimization, implementation of SEO tasks, new features and migrations, all tracked in a shared task list.
03Can a new developer take over my website?
Yes. We start with an audit of the code, hosting, access and documentation, then agree on a plan of urgent fixes and next steps. Make sure you have admin, hosting and repository access; if something is missing, we help recover it with the hosting provider.
04Do I need a monthly website maintenance plan?
If the site brings in orders or leads, regular updates, backups and monitoring prevent costly downtime. A monthly plan also gives you reserved developer time for improvements. For sites that rarely change, paying per task is often enough.
05Which CMS and frameworks do you support?
WordPress and WooCommerce, OpenCart, MODX, Magento, PrestaShop, Shopify, Laravel, Symfony and custom-built PHP or Python systems. If your stack is outdated, we can update it gradually or plan a migration to a modern one.
