OfficeNear is positioned as a private business club with few residents, not a co-working space. The site had to convey that, present every location with its layout and services, and collect three kinds of requests: renting an office, opening OfficeNear in a new neighbourhood and contacting the owner. The audience is in Portugal and Ukraine, so the site runs in four languages: EN, PT, UK and RU.
Visual style
A calm, natural palette: olive green for actions, terracotta and sand for tiles, a light background with a topographic pattern. A mosaic of photos and colour blocks in the hero and a typewriter headline: "OfficeNear gym / cafe".
Mobile version
On a phone the hero mosaic moves above the headline, location cards stack in one column, and the office page shows photo, address and request button right away.

A floor scheme with offices A–E, meeting room, kitchen and printing zone. Visitors can switch to a list and pick a specific office to learn more and send an enquiry.

A list of offices with photo, address and phone next to a Leaflet map of Europe. Country filter: all, Portugal, Ukraine. Below it, a call to open OfficeNear in your own neighbourhood.
Office page
Photos, address with a map link, description, Enquire and 360° Tour buttons. A What's included block: 24/7 access, cleaning, printing zone, Wi-Fi, server room, kitchen, climate control, meeting room, parking.
Rental request
Enquire now in the header opens a modal with city selection, name, email, phone with country code and message, protected by reCAPTCHA. The contact page offers three paths: rent, open a location (city and neighbourhood) and contact the owner.
Services and smart features
Blocks on amenities and the smart office: remote management, climate control, energy saving, meeting-room booking from Google Calendar, keyless access, CO2 reports. Plus accounting, admin support, legal address and virtual office.
