Conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a systematic process of increasing the share of visitors who buy or leave a request. It combines analytics, user research, design and A/B testing to remove friction in the funnel. The goal is more revenue from the same traffic rather than buying more clicks.
CRO makes sense when the site already has steady traffic and sales. The more traffic you have, the faster tests reach a reliable result. With very low traffic, we focus on a UX audit and fixing obvious issues first, and run A/B tests later.
We usually launch the first changes within a few weeks of starting. Some fixes show an effect quickly: for one client revenue grew 16% in the first 5 days after the mobile redesign. Tested hypotheses need enough traffic to reach statistical significance, so the timing depends on your volume.
Cost depends on the platform, the number of pages and funnels involved, the state of your analytics and how much design and development each change needs. We estimate after a short brief and an initial review of your analytics, with a fixed estimate for each stage.
A CRO audit covers analytics and event tracking, heatmaps and session recordings of key pages, the funnel from product page to order on mobile and desktop, page speed, and a prioritized list of fixes. Read more about the method in our UX audit for online stores guide.

Growth in organic traffic and rankings.Conversion rate optimization services exist for one reason: more orders and revenue from the traffic you already pay for. Instead of increasing the ad budget, we find where your site loses buyers and fix it with design and development. Most CRO agencies deliver a PDF of recommendations. At not the same we design, build and release the changes ourselves, then measure them in analytics and A/B tests.
The clearest proof is a client result: after we rebuilt the mobile product page, catalog and checkout of an online store, revenue grew by 16% in the first 5 days, with no extra ad budget.
We check GA4 events and conversions first: you can't improve what isn't measured.
Heatmaps and session recordings in Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar show real behavior. We build the funnel from product page to cart, checkout and order separately for mobile and desktop, because they lose buyers in different places.
Each hypothesis is ranked by expected revenue impact and implementation effort. Our UX/UI design team prototypes the solution.
We implement the change with tracking events and validate it on real buyers. You get before/after numbers and a plan for the next cycle.
We work with OpenCart, WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento and custom-built stores. For a quick self-check, start with our ecommerce CRO checklist. CRO pays off most when paired with paid traffic: every point of conversion makes your Google Ads campaigns cheaper per order.
