The agency keeps its own property database: each flat is added after a call with the owner, and clients are promised a move after just a few viewings. The site had to show only current listings, make it easy to search by district, metro station and price, and lead straight to booking a viewing. The other half of the job was to stop entering the same property in several places: the site exports listings to DOM.RIA, Rieltor.ua, OLX and domik.ua, each through a separate integration built to that portal's rules, and scrapers pull new ads from OLX and other sites so agents reach owners sooner.

Listings with filters and a map
Filters for video tours, new builds, no-commission offers, district, neighbourhood, type, rooms, price and metro. On the right is an OpenStreetMap map with prices on the pins, a currency switch and sorting. Districts, metro stations and room counts also get their own landing pages.
Property page
Photo gallery, property ID, residential complex, building type, area, floor, layout, amenities, payment terms and a map. Next to it are the price, a Book a viewing button, favourites and messenger contacts; similar properties follow below.
Exports to DOM.RIA, Rieltor.ua, OLX and domik.ua
Each portal got its own integration built to its requirements: an XML feed for some, an API exchange for others. The portals differ in required fields, district and property-type lists and photo rules, so fields from the agency database are mapped to each portal separately. Agents edit a property once and every ad gets the update.
Listing scrapers
Scrapers collect new ads from OLX and other sites, so agents see fresh offers from owners and grow the database faster.
Owner submission
The Sell / Let section is a five-step form: property type, location, description, price and confirmation.
Favourites, messengers and account
Saved and recently viewed properties, city, language and currency switches, Telegram, Viber and WhatsApp buttons, Telegram and Viber chatbots, video reviews and a personal account on its own subdomain.
