Zammler runs four lines of business in Kazakhstan with different customers: marketplace sellers, shippers, companies that need a warehouse, and packaging buyers. The old site spoke to all of them the same way. The new one had to route each visitor to their line of business from the first screen, show the real infrastructure – warehouses, fleet, drop-off points – and collect enquiries, while the press centre and careers section support the employer brand.
Style
Zammler's signature teal on gradient panels, a graphite first screen and calm grey section backgrounds. Large photos of warehouses and the fleet, thin line diagrams of processes and soft card corners.
Mobile version
Every page was designed separately for phones: a full-screen menu, tabs that scroll sideways, process diagrams rebuilt vertically and single-column lead forms.
Goals
- 01Separate four audiencesE-commerce, road freight, warehousing and packaging each get their own page, first screen and enquiry form.
- 02Show the infrastructureWarehouses, fleet and drop-off points in real photos and diagrams, not stock images.
- 03Answer questions before a sales callFAQs grouped by line of business right on the pages, with a link to all questions on the topic.
- 04Build a system, not a set of pagesA library of components and states so new pages are assembled from ready blocks.
Key solutions
Tabs by line of business
The home page block “Precise solutions for your tasks”: E-commerce, Road freight, Warehouse and Packaging tabs with a photo, a key figure and a link to the service page.
Delivery diagram for Kaspi.kz
The e-commerce page explains an order's path from seller to buyer in a line diagram: intake, sorting, transit, pick-up points and door-to-door delivery.
Warehouse processes in one diagram
The warehousing page shows the whole order cycle – from receiving to dispatch – with icons and connections instead of long text.
A separate entry for carriers
The road freight page has a “Are you a carrier?” block with partnership terms and an application button: the company recruits carriers on the same site where it sells its services.
FAQs by topic
The block “Questions can be hard. Answers aren't”: questions grouped by line of business, each topic linking to the full list.
